Upon receiving a request for translation, our Project Manager discusses with the client the needs and establishes the client’s specs, deadlines, delivery method, etc. The translator is selected according to the level of expertise ensuring that he/she is a native speaker of the target language and knowledgeable about the topic. The Project Manager maintains frequent communication between the client, translator and editor. The translation undergoes a rigorous process of proofreading and editing ensuring the consistency and integrity of the message. After the project is delivered, we encourage one round of review by the client to ensure complete satisfaction.

Transcription and Translation Services
Tiqua Translations also provides high quality transcription and translation service of audio and video tapes. This service involves two processes where audio-video tapes must first be transcribed and typed into the same language before the translation is done into the other language.
